Caddie & Leadership Academy at MCC
Meadowbrook Country Club is proud to partner with the Caddie & Leadership Academy to offer a structured, supportive, and growth-focused summer program for high school students. Our caddie program is intentionally designed to help young people build confidence, responsibility, and strong communication skills, all qualities that serve them well in school, future jobs, and everyday life.
To ensure each participant receives meaningful experience and consistent opportunities, Meadowbrook limits the number of caddies accepted each season. This approach allows every student to get ample loops, personalized coaching, and the hands-on training needed to succeed.
Caddies receive high-quality instruction not only in the fundamentals of the job, course knowledge, etiquette, and professionalism, but also in broader life skills. Through mentorship and positive role-modeling, students learn leadership, teamwork, and the importance of showing up prepared and accountable.
For many families, the program is an ideal summer job option as it keeps students active, outdoors, and engaged in a healthy environment while allowing them to earn money and build real-world experience. For those who excel, the program offers access to extraordinary opportunities, including eligibility for the prestigious Evans Scholarship—a full four-year tuition and housing award at a major university for outstanding caddies who demonstrate academic strength, character, and financial need.
